Modular construction is the process of building large pieces of a building off-site. Our equipment enables us to componentize the construction process which increases our efficiency. Since roughly 80% of all buildings by type are designed to achieve the same thing, we focus on the standardization of projects, without compromising the uniqueness, increase the efficiency of the first 80%, so we can focus on the 20% that is unique and individual to the building.

We utilize 3D modeling to illustrate a realistic look & feel of a project to our clients. We have the ability to lay out every mechanical, electrical, and plumbing component in the project. Our combined use of technology and skilled tradespeople allow us to build high-performance, precise buildings that will stand the test of time. As well, with renderings we can place the designed projects on the lots and assure they will fit the surroundings and your needs.

At MODS we focus on the thermodynamic relationship between interior and exterior of a home. By understanding moisture, temperature, and pressure we can use appropriate products and systems to create healthy and efficient buildings based on scientific principles. Science gives us the guidance to achieve our net zero goals.

Our process of building is based on the belief that artisans do not need to perform repetitive tasks, they need to create and build. We utilize numerous manufacturing techniques to minimize the kinetic energy that goes into the building process to allow our creators to use their needed energy to focus on quality. Building is still hard work, but we try to utilize as much machinery as we can to eliminate unneeded expense of energy and focus on the details or your project.
